Prohibited items include weapons, glass items, alcoholic beverages, cans and bottles, professional camera stands, sports equipment, marking instruments, musical instruments, large luggage, non-PPE costumes and masks, and outside food. There are no locker facilities for personal belongings.

Yes. Elevators are available for visitors with baby strollers. Strollers must be folded on observation decks.
No. Tripods are not permitted on the Empire State Building Observation Decks, and storage is not available on-site.
